2. Purpose of processing
   The personal data collected through the contact form on the senateek.com website will be used exclusively to respond to inquiries and contact users who have expressed interest in the services offered by SENATEEK.
3. Legitimation
   The legal basis for the data processing is the consent given by the user when submitting the contact form (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
4. Recipients
   Data will not be transferred to third parties, unless legally required.
5. Data retention
   The personal data provided will be kept for the time necessary to process the request and, in any case, until the user requests its deletion.
6. User rights
   In accordance with the provisions of the GDPR (EU 2016/679) and the LOPDGDD (Organic Law 3/2018), the user may exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, opposition and portability of their data at any time, by sending a written request together with a copy of their ID to the postal address indicated or to the email address oficina@senapro.cat.

   SENATEEK applies the technical and organizational measures necessary to guarantee the security of personal data and prevent its alteration, loss, processing or unauthorized access, in accordance with the requirements of current regulations.
8. Social media
   SENATEEK uses social networks as communication and promotion channels. The processing of user data on social networks will be governed by the privacy policies of each social network.
9. Minors
   Personal data of minors is not collected. If a minor provides their data through the form, it will be deleted immediately.
10. Control authority
    If the user considers that their rights have been violated, they can file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
